The Texas Council on Family Violence TCFV is one of the largest domestic violence coalitions in the nation. Services include: assisting family domestic violence service providers, offering resource files and a lending library of books, reports, and tapes on domestic violence, training, public policy advocacy, and operating the National Domestic Violence Hotline, a 24-hour hotline for women in crisis and their families.
